A handbook on learning without pressure and stress

You can't write? You can't play football? You can't paint? What nonsense! At most, you can't do it YET. Because with a little courage and a lot of belief in yourself, we can learn almost anything we want.
That's exactly what this book teaches. A handbook about learning, making mistakes and trying things out.
Using everyday examples and practical strategies, Jess Sanders shows children how they can learn even difficult things step by step.

The perfect preschool book

Starting school can be particularly challenging for children. Suddenly learning takes on a much greater meaning. During this phase, “Don't give up!” can help remind children that making mistakes and failing is completely normal! In fact, it is a very important part of any learning process and the only way to get better. This makes it the perfect gift for starting school or preschool.

“Don’t give up!” is perfect for children aged 3 and up. Also ideal for kindergarten and preschool!

About the publisher

A Berlin publishing house

We met and fell in love in 2012 when Anna was on a language trip to Berlin. At first Anna lived in Warsaw, where she studied linguistics, and Lukas in Berlin, where he set up his first company. After a few years of long-distance relationship, connected by the Berlin-Warsaw express train, Anna moved to Berlin, and in 2016 we got married on a beach in the Seychelles. What connected us from the beginning: We love books and are proud of our large bookshelf.

In 2018, our happiness was perfect: our twins Zoë and Vincent were born. Now we bought children's books in the three languages that our children are growing up with: German, English and Polish. We noticed that many beautiful children's books are available in one language but not in the other. That's why we, a translator and an entrepreneur, decided to  just publish these books yourself!

And so we founded  the Zuckersüß publishing house. Since 2019, we have been searching for, finding and translating the most beautiful children's books in the world and bringing them to Germany. For ourselves and our children and all young families who enjoy reading together.
